Where are your products sourced?
Paper Prints + Large Format Prints: Kodak paper, sourced from Carestream located in Colorado, which is Environmental Management System Certified. Fuji Paper, sourced from Japan from a multi-generation paper manufacturer who uses local sources.
Canvas Wraps: Canvas material is cotton, stretched around a wooden frame, both of which are renewable resources.
Frames for Canvas Wraps: Made of wood, which is a renewable resource.
Framed Prints: Frames made of real hardwood, a renewable resource.
Bamboo Panel: Made of bamboo material, a highly renewable resource.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Since each piece is made to order, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, your satisfaction is very important to me. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will work with the manufacturer to resolve the problem and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
To report an issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so I can best assist you.
